The Inkiostro Bianco stretched fabric create an elegant and delicate ambience for Re Nero Caffè in Marcianise.
Located inside the La Reggia Designer Outlet shopping centre in Marcianise (Caserta), Re Nero Caffè is one of the main meeting points for those seeking a moment of relaxation while enjoying delicious coffee in all its variations, as well as cocktails, desserts, ice cream, sandwiches, pizzas and typical Mediterranean dishes.
This is a restyling of the first outlet in the Re Nero Caffè chain by the Tecnam Progetti design studio in 2010.
As with the first location in Sicily, the choice was made to create an environment with predominant dark colours, creating a pleasant contrast with the warm light coming in through the arched windows overlooking the outside.
The room is dominated by the long counter with neat, elegant lines covered in calacatta marble, with its golden, iridescent veins, which is also used on the floor in some of the inserts that punctuate the design of the floor, for which wood-effect stoneware was mainly used.
On the ceiling, in correspondence with the counter, a large backlit stretched fabric reproduces the refined and floral motifs of the Inkiostro Bianco “Liberty” wallpaper and scenically embellishes the entire room. Tela® by Inkiostro Bianco is a polyester fabric suitable for application in public spaces, as in this case. In the backlit version this product achieves its most eclectic decorative function for a breathtaking effect.
The wallpaper with the same graphic design also covers some portions of the walls, creating interesting glimpses of colour and cross-references between these surfaces and the ceiling, even though they are made of different materials.
The overall scenographic effect is completed by the decision to keep the pizza preparation area visible within the room.
The overall scenic effect is completed by the decision to keep the pizza preparation area visible, which also features a counter covered with calacatta marble and a characteristic electric oven with an antique copper front.
This is much more than just a chain of coffee shops; each room is a true moment of relaxation where time stands still to allow guests to enjoy their coffee in peace and quiet.
